Hyderabad Land

Hyderabad is one of India's most developed cities - the emerging IT and biotech hub of India. Like many cities, Hyderabad has been the spectator of a remarkable growth in the real estate business, the credit going to a predominantly information technology-driven boom in the 1990s and the retail industry growth over the last few years which have spurred hectic commercial activity. To know all about the housing arena of the capital city, here's Indiahousing Hyderabad Land.

Real estate prices have corkscrewed in certain parts of the city, and continue to be flat mainly due to some recent lags. For example, a number of multiplexes are being constructed. This was prompted chiefly by two developments - the retail business has matured despite hindrances to general collective growth, and the commercial prices in the industry in Hyderabad are relatively lower compared to those in major metros.

To support the office infrastructure with better housing facilities, several initiatives are underway in and around the Madhapur region where private players have lined up a range of multi-storied complexes. To close in on the emerging business opportunity, the Andhra Pradesh Housing Board has signed up with partners from Malaysia and Singapore to develop integrated townships to meet the demand-supply mismatch.
